In 2023, we founded Invest Group with a small, like-minded team, focused on bulk investments through strategic negotiations with builders and realtors. As we expanded, we established NineSFT Private Limited Company to formalize our operations, reinforcing our commitment to trust and transparency.

For every project we undertake, we prioritize surety through legally registered agreements. This includes a registered sale agreement for flats, a registered sale deed for land, or a registered mortgage, complemented by Joint Development Agreements (JDA), Memorandums of Understanding (MoU), and sharing agreements—tailored to the project's type and tenure.

The registration process depends on the deal structure, project type, tenure, and builder’s requirements. It may get registered in the name of an investor or partnership firm in which the investor is part of. Followed by a Joint Development Agreement (JDA), or a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a specific property.

The return on investment (ROI) varies depending on the specifics of each project. Based on the associated risk and tenure, ROI typically ranges between 30% to 36% before tax.
